Abstract

Photocatalysis process generally Still operated manually , so that duration radiation intersample No uniforms and operators at risk exposed ultraviolet (UV) radiation . Research This design and test system reactor control and monitoring photocatalyst ZnO / TiO ₂- CuKA Arduino Uno based system consists of on three knob input ; four relay module controlling channel pump filling , UV lamp , magnetic stirrer, and pump drainage ; as well as a 16×2 I2C LCD and buzzer as a media for monitoring status and process time . One cycle operation covering filling solution for 30 s, irradiation and stirring for 3600 s, and drainage for 17 s. Testing functional in 11 scenarios , including termination emergency at every stage , showing that all over relay, LCD, and buzzer responses are appropriate with design . Functional testing reactor use solution methylene blue 100 ppm produces efficiency 91% degradation in the 60th minute . System This standardize duration radiation every sample and eliminate contact directly to the operator solution and UV light during the process .
